Sharron is the CEO of Aquaventures Swim Centre, Really Cool Pool Stuff and Swimagine. She has been involved in the Learn-to-Swim industry for 35+ years as a swim teacher, swim school owner, consultant, author and international presenter. Sharron has been a featured speaker at Aquatic Conferences in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Panama, Sweden, New Zealand, Mexico and the USA.

Sharron is the proud recipient of the Guiding Light Award and she is a Hall of Fame inductee in the US Swim School Association. She is a board member for the International Swim School Association.

Sharron is passionate about best practices in Learn-to-Swim teaching and sharing knowledge globally.

Kaori has been teaching swimming since 2001 and is also a certified classroom teacher. She has always been passionate about working with people and children. Before teaching swimming, she gained many years of valuable experience working in the customer service industry.

Kaori enjoys working with technology. Through training staff members, she has been able to experience firsthand the value of having an online platform to provide resources to staff.
